Alice Gregori
Co-Founder and Executive Director

Born and raised in Northern Italy near Lake Idro, Alice Gregori has always been passionate about nature, community, and giving back. Throughout her life, she has combined entrepreneurship, volunteer service, and nonprofit leadership with a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Her commitment to service has taken many forms, from founding and leading a nonprofit association focused on children's psychomotor development and parent education to volunteering with the California State Parks Foundation.
Alongside her nonprofit work, Alice is also an entrepreneur in the food and hospitality industry. She founded Caponatina Lab before creating a farm kitchen in Woodside, California, where she hosts intimate farm-to-table experiences inspired by regenerative agriculture, seasonal ingredients, and the traditions of her Italian heritage. Through food, she enjoys showing guests how simple, locally sourced ingredients—prepared in harmony with the seasons—can create meaningful meals while fostering a deeper connection with nature and more sustainable ways of living.
Through Alluba Conservation, she helps guide the foundation's long-term vision while fostering partnerships and initiatives dedicated to protecting ecosystems and wildlife for future generations.
